Pros

I enjoyed the hours, weekend shifts all day then the rest of the week free unless you ask for a week day. I loved the people I worked with, most vets were amazing, and the management was good too, it was very hard to leave this job because of the connections I made through it.

Cons

Not enough freedom for requesting days off, it always felt like you were letting down the team if you called in sick. We needed more training days, the new hires just kept getting more lax making it more work heavy for the supervisors.
