Pros

The only pro is that they are pet friendly.

Cons

If you value ethics, transparency, and respect in the workplace, this is not the company for you. Leadership fosters a culture of corruption and favoritism, where advancement depends on who you know—not what you contribute. Legitimate concerns about unethical practices are met with hush money or retaliation, rather than accountability. Employees have been terminated without clear cause, creating an environment of fear instead of trust. Nepotism is rampant, and decisions are made based on personal relationships, not qualifications or merit. There is little to no effort to value or respect employees, and morale suffers as a result. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a healthy, fair, and ethical workplace, look elsewhere.
