      Pros

      You get to be around dogs.

      Cons

      Based on my experience at this location, I will not be returning. I found staff treatment and leadership behavior to be unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I also did not feel comfortable with how animal care was handled by leadership. I feel this store would benefit from improved upper management. The favoritism I observed with certain staff having closer relationships with management outside of work which impacted fairness in the workplace was unprofessional.

      Pros

      If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

      Cons

      Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
