You get to work with animals

The Management at this store was the most unprofessional staff I have ever worked for. They treat people like they are below them, and are all friends with eachother so if something happens and you need to turn to someone there is nobody because theyare all friends with one another and tell eachother everything. When it comes to bonus time they have tried to get out of paying for medical bills for staff and for hurt animals because they are almost at their limit for the year and another complaint will look bad against them.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
