Pros

Pets at work, fun product, brand recognition, free events, and on site gym and daycare. The campus is very nice and well maintained.

Cons

The new ownership has ruined what was a great, thriving company. There have been five layoffs since they took over, or "reorgs" as they sometimes call them in order to hide it from the media. They are trying to squeeze every last drop of money out of the company and energy out of the associates. They do not care at all about the stores or hard working associates in the field. As the sales continue to tank, they are increasingly resorting to shady business practices. If you value your career stay away.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
