      Managers can play favourites Corporate is always changing policies Can work close to 40hours a week but still be considered part time staff

      Dynamic environment with good opportunities in various departments

      Cons

      Leadership cuts at store level led to overworked environment and that had a profound impact on employees' ability to keep up minimum standards of quality and safety, especially in the salons.
