Pros
- Managers are extremely understanding about call-outs and relatively laid back - Schedule changes for school or other responsibilities are easy and painless to make ahead of time - Pay is decent and benefits are offered (albeit in a certain timeframe after employment) - Perks program lets you get free stuff if you get enough points from managers and coworkers
Cons
- Aside from pre-determined off days, schedule and hours are extremely inconsistent from week to week - Management periodically cuts hours out of the blue (for example, I was only working 9 hours a week before leaving despite having almost full availability outside of two mandatory school days) - Difficult to move up or change positions in the company - Frequently understaffed on most days despite being the largest and busiest location in Brandon
