Pros
Petainer has a great entrepreneurial approach to getting things done, the ability to get involved in projects outside of your normal role is a big advantage. There's a good opportunity to work with colleagues around the world and build up a really strong professional network.
Cons
Sometimes the individual companies in the group didn't collaborate well and ran things independently without communicating.
