      Nepotism, everyone is related. If you are not apart of the boys club good luck. Get used to a dictatorship. If you are a real Engineer you don't want work here

      Pros

      Great place to work! Primary Distributer of Fence Slats. Road safety and many custom extruded parts for other big business's. Essential business that will continue to run and have need for employees.

      Cons

      If working as production floor worker, hard to stand out and move up in the company. Work can be repetitive, which can be a good and bad thing. Is good if you want to come in and not think too much or work with many people. Can be bad if you like to be social and do not like repetition.
