Pros

Pfizer benefits are great- 15 vacation days, unlimited sick time, holidays/floating holidays off, good health benefits

Cons

Absolutely terrible role that they market as inside sales but it is truly a call center. Management is horrendous. Employees are treated like school aged children. Told where to sit, must sit in seat until exactly time to leave (as salaried employees), forced to write metrics on a white board, questions are never answered, managers do not know how to do their job and just refer all questions to other people on the team. They hire OVERQUALIFIED people to do a call center job that most companies outsource to 3rd world countries. It is a trap and extremely hard to move even internally because they try to retain everyone in this call center box. If you apply for a job at Pfizer, ensure that is NOT involved with Pfizer CONNECT.

Pros

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Cons

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
