Pros
Good opportunity to network with cross functional colleagues, able to work with different projects, lots of learning, good HMO. You get the Pfizer branding.
Cons
Salary is SO LOW vs market value. They will lowball you so bad. Culture is punitive, management is not objective and politics is strong. The value of courage does not apply to questioning management decisions- you will get in trouble one way or another if you speak up or raise concerns. If you are a person who thinks independently and performs well, you will not thrive here because management wants robots who follow whatever they want (even when it doesn’t make sense). Feedback is not welcome and is considered threatening to management. Growth is very slow and asking for growth is a problem-not sure if this is a company-wide thing or if it’s just a department thing.
