Management is extremely bad. There's very little communication, managers never seem to know what's going on, and when they do they don't share it with employees. They lecture about staying on task but sit around and talk on their phones about non-work topics for hours. Favoritism is rampant and disruptive, and unfortunately leads to the favorites getting away with poor work. Benefits are terrible, the healthcare is expensive and barely covers anything. Management will tell you not to discuss your wage with your coworkers (which is illegal) in order to cover up the massive pay discrepancies. People with more experience are paid less than new hires in the same position who have less overall experience.
