      Pros

      Great place to work. The factory is air conditioned and very clean. We have a holiday party every year with many big raffle prizes. We have family day events and do a lot of community volunteering. I have got a raise and a bonus every year I have been here. My bonus this year was 3 WEEKS of pay!!!!!! I really like working here and plan to retire here. The jobs are clean and easy. You have to take your time and do your paperwork right. I never want to go back to an automotive plant with manditory 7 days of work a week. I enjoy spending my weekends with my children

      Cons

      The only downside I see are a few unhappy employees that don't enjoy working.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.

      Nothing to add here, place was great
