Pros
The only pros to this company was leaving it. Total sweatshop.
Cons
Ive worked for many bad companies but Pharmavite takes the cake as the worst of them. It is a disorganized mess of a company. It is also a sweat shop with people in various departments working until 10 at night. Not only that but add to it emails late at night and weekend work as well... It is shockingly disorganized and there are so many meetings that it goes well beyond counterproductive. I've never seen anything like it, to be honest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If not you will regret it, I assure you. HR is also shady. I made it three years and I'm kicking myself for waiting as long as I did to quit!
