Pros
Other than extremely good pay, there is free parking, cheap vitamins sold to employees, reasonable benefits.
Cons
Management is missing in action, they focus on making themselves look good - often at the expense of others. Transparency is replaced by opaqueness, organizational design is self serving, senior managers speak of values but seldom "walk the talk", business results are weak in a growing market.
