      Pros

      Great CEO, strives to fix the problems and issues, very appreciative! Very good HR department, very helpful! Fair benefit and bonus! Good products!

      Cons

      No Room to grow! POOR management in some areas! They intend to fix the problem, but they make it way too much worse by hiring unqualified people for the key positions. Not enough research is done before they hire a candidate that needs to have the skills such as decision making, people skill, knowledge and related experience. To get promoted you need to be a politician and well-spoken than to be an expert in your job!

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
