Older age group employees (would not recommend millennials here), Hesitates to cut out cancerous employees, Slow to decision or overly cautious, Temperamental managers, No true on the job training, Supervisors do not know how to manage or speak to their team, Executive turnover, HQ moving to West Hills, Lack of diversity in Director and above positions, Caught in the past instead of planning for the future. With a new CEO, there are a lot of changes. I can only assume that he pushed out the CMO and CHRO. New CEO's philosophy is "If you're rowing the other way, get out".
