Pros
The key thing that has attracted and retained good people at Pharmavite for a long time "was" the company's focus on its employees and its dedication to upholding important values such as integrity, courage, teamwork, diversity, etc.
Cons
That said, the focus on values (e.g. integrity) has dissipated with the new executive team, made up of all new members (except one) who have no understanding of what the company is about or how to leverage loyal employees and fully utilize their capabilities. Senior leaders are hiring people they've had personal relationships with and one Senior leader was even terminated for inappropriate behaviors. In the recent months, many employees have left Pharmavite and it's very likely that more will leave.
