      Pros

      This is a great company with great people who are passionate about our quality and our brands. It' is a dynamic, competitive industry that many big players are trying (and succeeding) at getting into. This makes for an active, fierce category. The company has nice perks like casual dress, decent benefits, and good recognition programs, and the people are all professional and actually nice to be around.

      Cons

      Systems are not the greatest, although at least i-phones are standard issue now. The pace of work can be too fast for many.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
