      Pros

      Pharmavite has a lot to offer to people that are passionate and performance driven. Pay is great, health benefits are great, people are generally respectful and positive, jeans are worn daily, schedules are generous and flexible, remote options are available as needed, employees are given free product every month in employee stores, employees are given free snacks daily, the HQ is in a nice new modern building with new equipment, and much more.

      Cons

      Change Management is overly sensitive (slow). There is a lack of technically inclined people.

      Pros

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
