Extremely Toxic Culture - Look elsewhere - Anonymous employee Pharmavite LLC Employee Review

-Very, very low morale the last 2 years -Culture has become toxic -Leadership change -Change in Performance Management criteria which places strain and unnecessary competition within departments -Open office environment makes it difficult to work -New culture with low morale has caused high turnover the last 2 years -No room for advancement or growth -Layoffs and firings on an annual basis with the goal of replacing to try and attract "top talent" -Company is slow and lacks innovation Once upon a time, Pharmavite used to be a great company to work for. Employees worked hard and were happy because they felt that the company and the leadership actually cared. Employees not only got bonuses every year, but there were opportunities to grow and advance in one's position. Unfortunately the narrative above ended just shy of 2 years ago due to a very big change, which has since taken the company in a new direction. The new corporate HQ that the company moved to in December 2018 may look fancy to outsiders, but inside is a cold, sterile environment full of unhappy faces. Employees that used to smile and greet each other wear now look miserable. The company purpose is nothing more than a marketing tool, since these values aren't practiced within the company. Morale is at its lowest in the several years I've been with the company. Many folks have given notice and are moving onto better opportunities now that the annual bonus was distributed.
