Company is governed by a culture of fear. Employee morale is low. Leadership is cunning and selfish. Money and time were spent on new company purpose, but is a classic example of not practicing what you preach. Business decisions are made to create short term impact to enhance the leadership's resume and position them for their next gig outside of Pharmavite. Often times these decisions fail to consider longer term impact which will affect the company's well-being in the future. In fact, the big decision of 2018 recently led to the biggest sales decline the company hasn't experienced in years, which jeopardizes Pharmavite's financial commitment to the parent company.
Pharmavite deserves to succeed, but in my opinion, current leadership lacks the ethics, intellectual curiosity, and competence to make that happen.
