This year, through our Vital Conversations program, you have the opportunity with your manager formally 4 times a year not only to exchange views about your performance and explore learning interests related to your current job, but also to provide feedback on what you specifically need from your manager to be successful. We also monitor turnover and engagement across the company on a regular basis. While Finance is trending at about the same turnover rate as Pharmavite overall, a recent employee survey clearly showed higher rates of engagement amongst that team.
