Incredibly frustrated with our company. The truth is like most glassdoor reviews point out, there's a huge disconnect between leadership/HR and the employees. The company has its purpose and values posted on everything but refuses to take action with leaders that do not believe in or live those values. They do nothing except remember that you spoke up, so there is no point talking to them. Many of my team members are frustrated, and due to Covid-19, we feel we can't speak up for fear of losing our jobs.
Leaders that should have been laid off during the layoffs in the last 2 years are still here. It's frustrating to see so many incompetent leaders if you try to express concerns or raise potential issues, they pushed you out. The senior leadership team doesn't care as long as it gets done, even if it's not done correctly. The senior leadership team keeps telling us we are in transition and get on the boat and row. It's more like shut up, your opinion doesn't matter, and just do it. But when the stuff hits the fan, then it's a different tune.
