      Pros

      Pharmavite focuses on innovation, which will allow the company to draw on increased sales in the near future. Awareness of products and the company is driven by fresh marketing activities. Collaboration comes from the top, and I see marked improvement in the last 2-3 years! Honest and open conversations have been refreshing to see. Diversity has improved and the actions the company are taking will make this even better in the future.

      Cons

      Its in LA, so you have to be committed to the area to make it work!

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
