      Pros

      Pharmavite is transforming to a more agile, growth oriented company which means it is a great time to influence the legacy of our brands. There are plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Leadership supports new ways of working and encourages input from all. The pandemic has been extremely demanding of the entire workforce and it is energizing to see the collaboration and commitment from all employees. The strong support from leadership, up to the CEO, of those working in our manufacturing locations is second to none.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change underway, particularly with our processes and systems. At times, there is resistance to change vs embracing change. However, the shift to a more forward-focused, risk balanced, continuous improvement environment is underway.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
