      Pros

      Awesome building with many perks - discount on all my favorite vitamins - lot's of incentives to stay healthy at work and at home - a whole division dedicated to innovation - love my team - a great on-boarding process - I feel like my boss supports me and her boss supports her and that builds a great work dynamic.

      Cons

      Lot's of progress has been made - but some departments and people still operate in their own silos.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
