Pros
This company is over-staffed in some departments; which means little will be required of you so you can just relax. I highly recommend this to people who have suffered burn-out from being over-worked at other companies.
Cons
No chance of promotion from within. This company values longevity above all else; when introducing yourself to new bosses, you have to stand and state how long you've worked here. Which is ridiculous, because your doing this to the newest guy of all. And the 30yr+ employees are very much over-paid and playing the system -- I know 3 women who contribute next to nothing, clocking in early every day for overtime.
