      Benefits are good, and the company tries to involve their employees as a whole in the programs they offer. They have several depts.

      Cons

      It's a 12 hour rotating day or night shift. Their attendance policy is strict, things that are beyond our control should be taken into consideration.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
