      Pros

      A stable company with an awesome history from the past 50 years in the business. Great group of people who are living our company values on daily basis. A top leader in the Health & Wellness industry.

      Cons

      Slow to get things/new ideas done because it could become bureaucratic sometimes. The mid-management tend to prefer employees who "stay on their lane" and do what's directed. Little room to be creative. If you are an ambitious, "go getter", and live daily to take a risk for a thrill - this place may not be a good match for you.

      Pros

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
