      Pros

      Pharmavite has incredibly innovative health benefits and wellness programs. Core health benefits are very comprehensive and start on day ONE. Throughout every year, the company rolls out several initiatives to inspire and reward employees actively participating in the wellness program, such as regular health screenings, step challenges, tracking healthy habits, and attending their wellness classes centered around health and nutrition. It is a great company led by industry experts who truly care about the culture of the organization and dedicate resources to continuously enhance the employee experience. The total rewards package here is rapidly becoming more comprehensive and attractive to employees in a variety of circumstances (child care, adoption assistance, homework help, access to mental health support services, competitive pay and bonus program, product discounts, and so much more).

      Cons

      Hybrid work arrangements on the corporate side are a little rigid considering most companies are still completely remote or have voluntary onsite work days.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
