      Pros

      Great benefits, nice people, stable (50+ years in the business) company.

      Cons

      The current management didn’t “walk the talk” - lots of things were done the opposite. No DEI (VP and above are all white) - the CEO and below only hired their friends, sometimes without qualifications. No fair reviews, if you’re not in the “club” then you’re out of luck - they play favorites for sure. No career promotion available to “non-friends”, no matter how much better you deliver for the business. No accountability for the management, especially when they hired the wrong people (hiring of non-qualified employees) - this bring the overall moral down.

      Pros

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.

      Nothing to add here, place was great
