      Good health benefits, discounted vitamins

      Their values only apply to whom ever they decide they want them to apply to. Don’t be fooled by the flowery rhetoric. It’s a dictatorship. They deceive you with the lure of big bonuses if you work hard. But the distribution is completely unfair. The people who worked at least get 90% of the bonus pool. The people work the hardest and really earn it may not even get the pittance they decide to toss your way if someone in management decides that you don’t get to have it. In short, they do not walk their talk. I suppose it’s a good steppingstone if you really need a job for now and are still looking. My advice is keep your résumé handy. It doesn’t matter what kind of a job you do or how good and honest and loyal an employee you are, if they have something else in mind and that means you’re gone, they will flush you without hesitation.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
