Pros
Good medical benefits, good place to gain experience, pay is average, multiple facilities, many long term employees (though most are starting to leave).
Cons
No training provided to be able to excel at your job, and if you don't excell you get the boot. With the restructuring of Pharmavite over the past 4-5 years, the leadership team is obviously not aligned with eachother and can not even follow the values they try and instill in their employees. It's a sad story, to see what was such a wonderful company start to crumble. They used to truly be #1, but with time it is obvious they are going to be ran over by the competition, because they do not have the trust and support of their employees anymore. Very sad.
