Pros

Working here has been a great experience. Our customers are fantastic, and the product is genuinely interesting, especially with how much the print industry is evolving. There's a unique opportunity, even at my level, to influence that change in meaningful ways. Leadership is open and approachable, always willing to listen to new ideas or questions. Our customers are long-term partners, which allows us to build strong, loyal relationships over time. We’re equipped with excellent technical tools, and the culture values independence—there’s no micromanaging. You’re trusted to own your responsibilities and empowered to ask for support when needed. While there isn't a formal training program, the team is made up of kind, diverse individuals who are generous with their knowledge. You’re constantly learning just by working alongside them. Most importantly, there’s a genuine respect for your personal life. If something comes up at home, you’re given the time and space to take care of it. The culture feels like a family—supportive, collaborative, and human.

Cons

Our company is owned by a private equity firm, which can raise concerns for some, as the future isn’t always clearly defined. If you prefer a highly predictable environment, that uncertainty might feel unsettling. At the moment, there isn’t a formal training program in place. While that can be challenging, it also presents an opportunity. I personally enjoy continuous learning and would welcome a more structured approach as the company grows. Like many growing organizations, we’re often stretched thin—employees wear multiple hats and time always feels limited. That can be tough, but it also keeps the work dynamic and engaging. No two days are the same, and that variety, along with the company’s growth, contributes to strong job security.

Pros

Competitive benefits package. Good work life balance compared to many companies in the industry. Flexibility where needed, depending on the role. Opportunities for cross functional collaboration. Supportive colleagues who are willing to collaborate. Leadership that is generally approachable and open to questions. A culture that values professionalism and accountability. Feeling that your work contributes to meaningful outcomes.

Cons

Role clarity may shift during reorganizations or strategic pivots. Some roles may require managing many priorities at once. Some decisions or changes may not be communicated as clearly or as early as employees would like.

Pros

It was a wild ride to say the least. The current CEO should not be in the position he is in, he should stick to marketing, although I am not sure he was even good at that. Scatterbrained is not a strong enough word for accurate description. The people you work with day in and day out are great, for the most part, and most of them truly do want to see the company thrive. Management on the other hand doesn’t seem to care much about talent as much as they do about numbers that other companies are meeting, but in today’s age, hitting the right person at the right to to speak about something that isn’t a priority or a thought until it’s broken is difficult.

Cons

The sales people get away with doing nothing. The cycle is long, I understand, but the basic concept of follow up and consistency is definitely not instilled in any of their practices.
