Growth Opportunities: There are numerous opportunities for career advancement. The leadership team promoted me from Assistant Warehouse Manager to Logistics Lead. This allowed me to further develop my professional skills and reach. Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays have been very helpful in maintaining a good work-life balance. Benefits: Competitive salary packages and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The company generously approves time off for unforeseen events. For example: having to leave work early to pick up my dog from the vet.
