Pros

I was never busy, causing the work day to go by quickly. You had to wear many hats working there and in turn, you did get exposed to a lot.

Cons

Unless you worked for the 'golden team' or on management, you're treated like garbage. The owner of the company also called himself a visionary, which alone should raise many red flags.

Pros

Supportive Environment: Phelps United has a great company culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork. Management is approachable and always willing to listen to employee concerns. Growth Opportunities: There are numerous opportunities for career advancement. The leadership team promoted me from Assistant Warehouse Manager to Logistics Lead. This allowed me to further develop my professional skills and reach. Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays have been very helpful in maintaining a good work-life balance. Benefits: Competitive salary packages and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The company generously approves time off for unforeseen events. For example: having to leave work early to pick up my dog from the vet.

Cons

High Expectations: Phelps United sets high performance standards, which can sometimes be demanding. Clear expectations help the team communicate and prioritize work.
