Pros
Decent food, and cafeteria with great accessibility to basic food and snacks Good working environment with ambient lighting and is spacious. Environment that motivates and drives us to work. When you sign up to join a startup, you are also signing up for the hours that you spend working. And its clearly been mentioned to us during the interview process that we are supposed to work for 9 hours. I personally experienced flexibility when an emergency came up and I had to step out of office, my manager was very understanding and permitted me to leave the premises. I personally have not faced any problem because the managers are in fact very understanding and reasonable, I say this with experience.
Cons
Food can be improved. SOPs can be adjusted and made better.
