Pros
Being part of this organization has given me a front-row seat to how a product company evolves over time. It’s not easy to build and scale something meaningful, and I’ve seen consistent effort from leadership to push the company forward with a clear vision. My experience here has been largely positive. The work can be demanding at times, but it comes with exposure to real challenges and opportunities to learn. You’re not just doing routine work, you're contributing to products used by global customers, which adds a lot of value to your overall growth. Some of the concerns people raise, like work hours or market-related changes, are not unique to this company. They are part of the broader industry environment right now. What I’ve found more important is the opportunity to learn, take ownership, and be part of something that is continuously evolving. There’s a strong emphasis on accountability, and if you’re willing to step up, there’s plenty of room to grow. I’ve worked with capable teams and seen genuine effort towards improving and adapting as the company scales.
Cons
As with any fast-growing organization, not everything is perfect, and some areas are still improving. But these are typical growing pains rather than major concerns.
