Pros
HR team of Phenom works full-time for a CSR program. I was benefitted by the butter milk packets distributed by them. I was going in a scorching heat on my bike and Phenom HR very big leaders stopped me and gave a butter milk. It was very helpful for me and improved by Productivity after reaching office. That day i went to office and worked for 9 hours(1 hour break) non stop. Phenom is very good. It is very good at donating free lunch to 1800+ underprivileged in their building at free of cost under its CSR program. Food is of highest possible quality and nutrition.
Cons
No cons as such everything is too good to be true. They report all single star reviews across platforms such as Google Maps and Glassdoor. They force new joiners to give 5 star reviews.
