Pros

After spending years mentoring teams and leading projects, being informed that my role was impacted by restructuring was emotionally exhausting. Leadership explained that the company is prioritizing engineers with deeper AI-native architecture experience. Initially, I felt frustrated because experience and consistent performance used to feel like enough. But the reality is that the industry is evolving faster than traditional engineering paths. To others facing similar uncertainty, don’t underestimate how quickly technology expectations shift. Staying relevant now requires active effort, even for senior engineers. I’m hopeful this transition eventually leads to something more aligned with the future.

Cons

As a company Phenom was always supportive , I was groomed in the right direction , I have not taken the advantage of being a part of skilling initiatives taken by Hr , and that affected me .Brothers and Sisters dont miss the opportunity when company is providing.

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
