Pros

Honestly, I feel genuinely happy coming to work and that's not something I expected to say so quickly. The work-life balance here is real, not just something they put on a careers page. You can actually disconnect after hours without any guilt. The people make a huge difference. My immediate team is wonderful, but what's surprised me most is how friendly everyone else is too. People from completely different departments will still stop to chat or help you out. It makes the place feel more like a community than a company. The food is a nice touch too, good lunch and dinner options that actually feel like a perk rather than an afterthought. And the overall environment just has a positive, calm vibe. I don't dread Mondays, and that says a lot.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I've tried to think of something, but I genuinely can't. Maybe that's rare to say, but it's the truth! This place has been a great experience so far and I have no complaints.

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
