Work here if you like:
-Being manipulated, lied to, humiliated and yelled at and then being dismissed when you voice any of your concerns
-Not having real direction or goals and constant chaos that is actually welcomed and encouraged by senior management
-Having to change everything you do last minute multiple times because nobody has any idea what they are talking about and not actually getting any work done
-Constantly having core values shoved down your throat from people who don't even come close to incorporating any in their own work
-Walking into work every day with dread
Phenom People has one thing right - it is #NOTNORMAL but they don't seem to understand in their case, that isn't a good thing! Like someone below said below - all smoke and mirrors. What they project is completely different than how they act.
