Pros

A product led company with a fantastic offering and great positioning in the market place Phenomenal technology that clients love and need An inspiring leadership team led by a true leader Employees are expected to be creative and bring their own approach to the business instead of being micro managed A collaborative spirit among teams with lots of support for sales Great colleagues Well paid roles Employees are valued and expected to work hard and find their place within the company Opportunity to develop and grow within Phenom people Truly the best company I've worked for

Cons

As a growing start up, often processes are not as clear. This gives the opportunity to employees to step up and give their own input. This is a great chance for people to show their ability. Need to be a real self starter to enjoy the mayhem (which I love)

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
