Pros

- Good Product with some good people within the company- A lot of collaboration on the sales side

Cons

Almost too many to list but here goes. - They will completely mislead you prior to coming onboard. Once hired, EVERYTHING will change....ie: Accounts/territory (much LESS than promised), Quota (much higher), commission structure (very heavy on the backend...which means, unless you hit the quota, which is purposely set very high to make it almost impossible to attain, you will not make anywhere close to what you should be making in commission. Literally maybe 2-3 reps at best will hit quota - Lack of partnerships...they will tell you they have a "great relationship" with Workday and others but the reality is the Workday reps have never even heard of Phenom!! - Completely UNprofessional in almost every way possible. EVERY meeting there are multiple f-bombs dropped by upper management INCLUDING the CEO himself!! They are truly an "HR nightmare". - TONS of micro managing (literally a call every morning with sales team, 3-4 days a week to "discuss updates on opportunities...". - Products are WAY overpriced...competitors are killing them in price and competitors are offering more solutions. - Salary and commission is lower than industry standards. - A lot of "favoritism" is given to tenured reps. - They will NOT honor your 2 week notice when you resign (even though they say they will!!). If you quit, do NOT turn in your equipment until you receive your final pay!!!!!

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
