      Pros

      The management and team in my experience have been great! You have weekly/bi-weekly 1on1s with your managers and they're always extremely attentive to your progress as well as grievances. If you need help, you just have to ask.Working at Phenom has been a great experience for me. It has given me the ability to learn and grow as a valued team member and contribute to a project that I really believe in. Co-workers and Management are all friendly and dedicated to bringing our skills together to develop and improve upon our game constantly Acquired a couple of companies. Advance Technologies Product is Game changer and it can be more user-friendly. AI, Platform, product Engineering R&D in Israel, Development centers in India (Hyderabad, Vizag)

      There is NO Employer branding.

      Pros

      Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

      Cons

      There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
