Pros

I started my first job at phenom as a intern of 3 months. The experience and knowledge gain during this period was very awesome and increased my confidence. The HR support during the onboard and during the joining of company was really helpful. Everyone in this company are so friendly and guide me very well, whenever i had any difficulty during work or technical support. I really like the diversity at Phenom. Here they also conduct some exciting events where i had so much fun. Every time, i listen the speak of "Mahe Bayireddi" ceo of phenom, it motivated me so much. My director "venkat alapati"and my managers "sekhar" are always supported me, if i faced any problem in work. I can say they are my inspirational persons. I have learnt so many things from them. Finally i can say, this is the company want i aim for and best place to start your career.

Cons

I didn't find any cons as of my experiences.

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
