Pros
Overall, there are amazing people to work with here. In my time here there are only a few people who I didn't enjoy working with. The new hire culture driven by HR is the best I have ever seen. Peers are truly open to helping you be successful. People are happy to get on a call to discuss challenges, coach, or even train.
Cons
Leadership is driving success the wrong way. They want account managers to sell like an account executive where relationships are second to upsell. (though they are finding it is hard to upsell to existing clients with no relationship as few are hitting their quota.) You are "jokingly" told you are fired repeatedly on calls, Comp plans change and only in the favor of the organization or the top 1%. Last year only 2 account managers hit their quota but comp plan was adjusted as if it was more possible. New hire training is weak. You are left to learn nearly all by yourself via playing around or videos. In addition, There is a lot of turnover in client facing roles. Clients are frustrated they have had 3 - 5 account managers / customer success managers in a year and therefore a limited in engagement. Timelines from implementation are not reliable. An add-on product can take 12 weeks to add when they quoted 4 - 6. Get off of Gmail for email and calendar. Be open to people using a PC instead of Mac if they are more comfortable. There is no true reason to be an Apple shop 100%. They are helping 1 billion people find work by training employees before they leave to go somewhere else.
