Pros
1. Medium level pay, apart from that nothing is good.
Cons
1. Worst higher management I have ever seen and they keep degrading sub ordinates in front of everyone in that open work station and yell at them as if employees are slaves. CEO itself makes derogatory comments on the participants in conferences and you can imagine about other management candidates. 2. Poor work-life balance. 3. HR is a complete joke in that organization and they are just puppets in the hands of higher management and they don't take any action when an employee approaches them. You won't have any other option apart from leaving the company. 4. Catch is that employees are asked to give good ratings on public platforms and they don't have other option. 5. All the comments I gave is 100 % genuine because I don't need to spend my valuable time on this type of company, but I hope this would help others to decide before they go to helpless state in that company.
