Pros
Good pay, provided you have the "talking" skills. Does give thoritical and practical training. Good place for freshers to understand the do's/don't of corporate world.
Cons
Extreamly partial towards their employees. Plays a very dirty crab race. Enviroment is friendly in the beginning but then becomes difficult to survive. Not recommended for more than a year to stay, suggest to keep looking.
